Ifc is reported that a strong reprepres'entative Government has been esuiblibiied at Omsk. ♦ Central and West Siberia are now free of the Bolshevik-war prisoner danger. A comparative calm prevails. The Russo-German front has been re-established. The line runs from the Don territory to Saratotf, Samara, Penza, and Vologda, The Germans are moving up troops from occupied territory. It is urged that the Allies should despatch forces to the Urals before Germans anticipates them.
