The findings nf disrtict courts-mar-(ial, held at Trentham Camp on September 4, having been confirmed by the Commandant, New. Zealand Military Forces, are now promulgated: — No* 78.956 Ptc.W. M'Combie, Details (late H Coy., 41st Reinforcements), found guilty when under, orders fi:r active service, of deserting His Majesty's Service, and of losing by neglect his equipment, clothing and regimental necessaries, sentenced, to detention for 90 days, and stoppages to nay for deficiencies in kit amounting fo £6 5a 4d. ■ N.o. 79620 Ptf>. S. P. Weeks. (Details (late D. Coy., 42 Reinforcements), found guilty when under orders for active service of deserting His Majesty's Service, sentenced to detention foil 112 day's. ■ The above sentences are mitigated an that if the accused embark for active service outside New Zealand, then upon arrival at the final port of disembarkatoii the- unexpired portion .If any of the sentences shall be remittee and ..Uieir New Zealand records shall be endorsed accordingly.
