BURIAL OF SIR G. REID.

(Rec. September 18, 7.30' p.m.) LONDON, September 17. There was an impressive service at St Columba's Church, Wallington, in connection with burial of Sir. George Reid, a notable gathering including representatives of royalty and of. the Allied embassies. . A New Zealand chaplain, Rev. Fleming, delivered a eulogism on the deceased statesman, who, he said, was one of the Empire's fereafc men. The body was subsequently interred at -Putney.
