DOMINATIONS will be reccved by the Returning Officer up to 5 p.m. of Tuesday, the 15th October, .191$, from certificated teachers on the South island Public School Male Teachers Roll for the election of a member to lill the extraordinary vacancy caused by the death of THOMAS SCHOLEFIELD FOSTER, Esq. s No person shall be eligible for election unless he is nominated in writing by at least two electors entitled to vote for his election.
