NEW SOUTH WALES WAR LOAN
(Ree. September 17, 10.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, September 17 The Assistant State Treasurer, in appealing for contributions to the new war loan of £40,000,000 f oi-ecasted that this would be the last loan immune from State taxation. The Government would not impose further State taxes during the war, but intended gong after them when the war was over.
