The Americans have gone beyond Villers Sosreany, and reached Vandiers, 2_ kilometres from a frontier station. East and north-east of Julny the Americans, follow.ng the valley of the Rurupedeniad, carried a series of strongly fortified positions in the direction of Gorge Cliamblay. .Towards Fresnes the French advanced three kilometres on a front ot eighteen and reached a hue from the enpt of Watronville to west of Haube-. court, Dieppe and Orgeville.
