BELGIANS REPULSE ENEMY.

(Rec. Sept. 1(5, 7 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 15. A Belgian communique states: At night time the eriemy violently bombarded our advanced works east of Neiuport, and temporarily penetrated our observation-posts northwest of St. Georges. After violent artillery fire, the enemy ro-occupied a line of outposts which we recently captured south-east of Draarsbank. We re-con-quered all these posts despite vigorous reactions; taking 50 prisoners.
