COAL HEATERS STRIKE,
NAVALS TO COAL SHIPS

LONDON, September 14. The Press Bureau reports : The coal heavers at Liverpool have ceased work The stoppage is holding up a large number of vessels that, are returning to America for the purpose of bringing American and Canadian troops. . The War Cabinet has decided to employ naval ratings to coal these vessels.
