ITALY AND JUGO-SLAVS
RAISING A LEGION

(Roc. September 14, 2.50 p.m.) ROME, September 13. It is understood that Italy has taken the initiative in recognising a new Jugo-Slav movement, and it is expected that in Italy a Jugo-Slav legion will be raised to fight with the Italians.
