"The newspaper "Eclair" commenting on the Imperial. War, Cabinet meeting says; that everyone in France appreciates the. heroism and devoted assistance- which the Briiish colonies have given the war. The French people accordingly unanimously approve of such new measures a'| may be adopted with a view, .to.: giving further force of importance to this assistance.
