Eeuter's Telegrams. (Rec. May 29, 7.30 p.m.) LONDUN, May 28 . Reuter learns that almost simultaneously with • tne British decision regarding the exchange of all war prisoners, communications have been received from Germany through the Dutch Government that they are now awaiting an assurance that the cases for exchange already submitted by Britain are accepted by the German representatives. Mr. Bonar Law has confirmed a report that the Government was negotiating a wide scheme of negotiations, which will include civilians as well, as war •prisoners, but he coulcl not say whether the question of the war prisoners interned in . neutral countries would be raised. ; Mr. MacPherson states that of 65,000 German prisoners in England, 42,000 were employed in agriculture.
