LONDON, April 23. Baron Richtofen was taking part in a so-called circus .including thirty scouts, who had a roving commission to cut off British aviators during such attacks as on the Somme yesterday.

Baror* llichthofen was seen flying 150 feet above the ground. Then he suddenly crashed and it was found that he had been shot through the heart.
