April, massed frontal attacks. He substituted small trick|ing groups, armed with, machine-guns. Ludendorff on March 13th ordered the absolute abolitiou of massed attacks on the ground that they only lead to unnecessary losses ; adding that the effective use of weapons not numbers will give the final decision. CASUALTIES AT SEICHEPREY. TOTAL 200. LONDON, April 23. The American casualties at Seicheprey were 200.
