ROUMANIAN PEACE TERMS.
MACKENSEN TO CONTROL MOBILISATION. AMSTERDAM, March 7. s (Rec. March 7, 11.15 p.m.) A message from Bucharest says the preliminary treaty has oeen signed be- ] tween the Quadduplice and Roumania. j It provides that Roumania cecioa «*e Dobrudja as far as the Danube. The Quadruplice will provide the maintenance of the trade route for Roumania via Constanza to the Black Sea. Roumania accepts the principle of the frontier ratifications demanded by Austro-Hungary, which are unspecified, also economic measures corresponding therewith demobilisation of »c least eight Roumanian divisions im- "I i mediately. It is promised that Mackensan will share in the control oi demobilisation with the Roumanian command. The remaining demobilisation will be undertaken' when the JvnsseRoumanian peace is restored. Roumanian troops will immediately evacunte Austrian-Hungarian territory.
