(Rec. March 7, 8.5 p.m.) AMSTERDAM, March 6. Speaking in the I Russian. Lower House, the President, referring vo the Russian peace, said: "We are nowf able to concentrate sobly on the Western Front where a hard final battle is impending, and with God's help we will be victorious.
