CRIMINAL SUBMARINE CREW. (Rec. March 7, 11.45 p.m.) LONDON. March 7. . The "Central News" has ascertained the details of revolting murder of a Belgian fishing skipper last week. A German submarine sighted the smack aifli^ired without warning, destroying the masts and sails and wounding the skipper. The submarine approached and ordered the Belgians to put two Germans aboard with bombs. The Germans found, the skipper wounded and helpless ana shot him dead with a revolver in sight of the crew, among whom was the skipper's son. The Belgians were then east adrift in a cockshell boat but were picked up after severe privations.
