OTTAWA, March I The returned soldiers at Toronto shouted down Mr. William Jennings Bryan when he essayed to address a prohibition meeting. He was interrupted by cries of "Lusitania!" "Dirty German!'' and the singing of "Rule Britania'" was continuous.
