The "Tagcblatt" says that Von Payer, the ProgrcssiA r e leader, has sent an ultimatum to Dr. Michaclis, uncquivoclly to adhere to the basis of the Reichstag peace resolutions, otherwiso he Avill lose the support of the majority parties. This led to Dr. Mi- ; chaelis's second declaration adhering ito the resolution. Many ncAvspapers ■ assail him as a Avavcrer, *not knoAving his own mind. I The VTagcblatt", says that the 1 crisis has been merely postponed.
