FAITH IN KORNILOFF. (Rec. August" 25, 2.5 p.m.) PETROGRAD, August 24. . The Cossacks' Council passed a significant resolution denying the right of the Council of Workmen's and Soldiers' Delegates to intervene in the reorganisation of the army and expressing faith in General Korniloff as the. only general capable of restoring Russia's fighting poAver, and intimating that in the event of his removal the council will renounce responsibility for the action of Cossacks, both at the front and in the rear.
