QUEENSLAND PARLIAMENT OPENS.
(Reed. July 10, 10.45 P-m.) BRISBANE, July 10 Pavliamnet has re-assembled. The Governor's speech stated that a Bill would be introduced authorising the establishment of iron and steel works and industries connected therewith, authorising the Government to proceed to establish the ship-building industry.
