LORD RHONDDA'S SCHEME,
REDUCTION OF PRICES,
LONDON, July 8 It is understood that Lord .Rhondda is recommending a Government subsidy of ;£ 1 2,000,000 to reduce the price of bre"ad. He also hopes to fix the price of meat, taking over the meat, control from the Board of Trade.
