General Falkenhausen (Governor of Belgium) has arrested Count Doultreinoiit, former Grand-Marshal of King Leopold, and twenty other high Beljjhm officials, including the Minister Lor the Colonies.- Tho arrests are supposed to be reprisals for the alleged bad treatment of German officials by "the Belgians.
