July L Maior Deripiene, in the "Ma^in" says: The Russian- demonstrations at Lutsk and Brody and between the Strvpa and Zlota Lipa all aim at L'eniberg. General Brusiloff says that he has prepared to' resume the carrying out of the great concentric manoeuvre interrupted by the advent of winter and the revolution. M. Marcel Hutin points out that^at; the very moment General von Hindeiiburg and General - Ludcndorfl' were visitmg headquarters and endeavouring to arrange the marked differences divWing the two Kaisers, they were obliged to anouuee a big Russian offensive, warning the Germans that there was ed to announce a big Russian offensive, peace as the result of the Russian defcr.tion.
