(Rec. July 3, 9.15 p.m.) LONDON, July -2. In the House of Commons Hon. A. J. Balfour stated that Lord Hardinge had not yet resigned. He would not be temporarily retired. It had never been the intention to transfer Lord Hardinge. to Paris or .any other diplomatic post. The Mesopotamian report could be debated next week.
