DRAMATIC DEVELOPMENT EXPECTED.
A SUBMERSIBLE CAPTURED LONDON, April 10. The Dail Mails correspondent 1 at New York says that there is no ! need to fear that the Government will show weakening- over the sinking 1 of the Sussex. He- 'predicts a dramatic development in a few days. The Daily Telegraph says that the submarine which the French captured ,on Teusday is of a new type. Two officers and twenty seamen surrendered. The majority were in their teens. PETROGRAD, April 10. 1 A communique says that the destroyer Strogyi rammed a submarine near where the liner Portugal was sunk.
