Germans are swarming Bulgaria with great forces and have succeeded iv getting the Bulgar army well away from home. They are slipping in with powerful German forces in order to guard the route to Constantinople. They are now showing a cynical indifference to Bulgaria. They axe not sending in men and guns to assist i n the pursuit of the Serbs, but will devote to Salonika sufficient men to prevent the Allies menacing the road to Constantinople.
