Definition of Local Race. — A rae* open to horses which have been in one of the Counties of Buller, Murchison Inanganua, Westland, or Grey, or anj West Coast Borough, for at least three months immediately prior to the race and owned by residents of the said Counties or Boroughs. The Committee to be the sole judges of whether a horse is qualified or not, Tha Committee reserves the right tc refuse any nomination without giving any explanation.
