Definition of Local Race. — A rac open to horses which have been in one of the Counties of Buller, Murchison, Inansranua, Westland, or Grey, or any West Coast Borough, for at least three months immediately prior to the race, and owned by residents of the said Counties or Boroughs. The Committee to be the sole judges of whether a horse is qualified or not. Tha Committee reserves the right to refuse any nomination without giving any explanation.
