On the Pripet marshes tlie enem; wfere thrown back from the rive -and the village of Nobel. At West Tarnopol the enemy at tacked ou the flank, but were throw: back to the river Stryp. The enemy made four attacks ii 2-4 hours but were repulsed and hurl ed back in disorder. In tbe Caucasus the Turks ad vanced but were caught by our cross ore. The losses were great.
