MILLION MEN MOBILISED. TWO NEW DREADNOUGHTS READY. (Received 3.15 p.m) PARIS, February 13 Rome advices states that the forces mobilised by March first will exceeda million. Two new dreadnoughte, . the Contecavour -and/ Garoduilio are completed. The Minister.- of Marine has ordered the formation of a squadron of five Dreadnoughts under tne Duke of Abruzzi.
