The adjoining mill store was saved, but its contents were damaged The mill closed at 5 o'clock yesterday. The insurances amount ■«> in the Comercial Union., largely reinsured in local offices. FOUND DROWNED. NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb 14. .Agnes Gray McAllister, a young 1 woman, who had been an inmate of a convalescent home at New Plymouth, suffering from neurastenia, was found dead on the beach on Saturday morning-. At the inquest the same eveming the evidence of Dr. Wyllie was that her condition was inconsistent with suicide, and that she had probably wandered into the water A verdict was returned that deceased was found drowned, but that there was no evidence to .show how she got into the water.
