.VESSEL SAILS FOR ROTTERDAM. (Red. 9.20 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12. The Dacia has sailed for Rotterdam. The captain states that the owner promised a big bonus if the vessel returns safely. TRADING WITH THE ENEMY. (Red. 8.10 p.m.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 12. George Larimer, a merchant was fined £25 and James Railton, a seed merchant £250 for attempting to trade with the enemy.
