A TRUE STORY

Writing from Bamawm, Vie, Mr. William John Youill, .late of Harvey town, Eaglehawk, Vie, says: — "In regard to the statement I gave you some years ago as to my cure of kidney complaint, I may say that a short time since I had occasion to be medically examined and was entirely free from any complaint." Mr. Youill's original statement was as follows : — "I feel it a duty I owe to you and to suffering humanity to send you this letter, in the earnest hope that others wbn may he suffering as I was from xhat dread complaint, Brigbt's Disease of the kid neys, may take courage and learn from my experience to adopt the same method of treatment that I did, feeling sure that by so doing they will be saved much pain and misery, and, perhaps, an early grave. This may seem to some a remarkable statement to make, but it can be substantiated by anyone who will take the trouble to enquire for themselves from me or of my friends who were with me at the time. Despite all the skill and attention bestowed on me by the hospital doctors and nurses, 1 gradually grew worse, the doctors having diagnosed my complaint as Bright's Disease.' The doctors gave me up as incurable, and gave me but a few weeks longer to live. I was then taken from the hospital to my home to die (as my friends thought), as my father did not wish me to die in the hospital But 1 . had a feeling within myself that there was hope whilst there was life, and, unlike my friends, 1 did not give up in despair. On the way home my father procured a bottle of Warner's Safe Cure, but on arrival I was i.n a state of collaps© from the shaking I had undergone on »n- vhv. My father, thinking that the Si-fe Cure would do me no harm if it Old me nO good, gave me a small dose, continuing to do so at intervals throughout the day. I felt a little better, the agonising pain being less severe; I continued to take Warner's Safe Cure and was soon able to get a little rest and sleep, and my strength •cry gradually returned. " My friends ■>ega» to have hopes of my ultimate re■nvery. Kach day my liiine, when malysed, showed less albumen. My lenltlr steadily improved. Each bottle if Wsi rner's Safe Cure 1 U>ok hastened ny recovery. I was then able to get jp and about, an<l in l*ss than threfc nonths was restoied to perfect health and* strength. From that time up to the present I have had no return of the iisense. and for six years have been in •oust ant employment on the mines."
