IN EASTERN PRUSSIA
I - GERMANS REINFORCED. HEAVY FIGHTING PROCEEDING. (Red. 12.15 a.m.) PETROGRAD, Oct. 6. It is officially stated that the enemy in East Prussia have received reinforcements from Konigsburg. Their fortified positions on the frontier are supported by numerous siege guns. There was very fierce fighting at Baklarzevo in the Suwalki district. Aviators' reconnaissances show an uninterrupted movement of German columns and transport trains withdraw-, ing across the frontier.
