APPOINTMENTS BOARD. REFEREES NO-CONFIDENCE MOTION. (Per United Press Association.) ! WELLINGTON July 2. After a discussion a motion was pas sed 1 tonight by a meeting of the Wellington senior referees expressing noconfidence in the appointment board as now constitutes and notifying their refusal to referee in any match until :he Board was reconstructed. The motion was amended so as to give/ the union one week in which to reconsider the action of the Board and in^ this form it was carried. .UNITE© JUNIORS.
