LONDON, June 24. The remains of Mme. Nordica, who died in Batavia last month, reached England yesterday. The body, which had been embalmed, was enclosed in a leaden shell .vithin a sarcophagus made from two teak trees, beautifully fashioned by Chinese workmanship into the shape of a lotus flower. The remains are to be cremated, and then placed in a bronze casket within *'.ie sarcophagus and taken to the T T nitcd States for interment.
