In making this announcement to a reporter to-day, Colonel. Heard, Chief of General Stan stated that it had been 'decided to -make no alteration in the present system as it had been found satisfactory, as a course by -the mv.sVetrv instructors in the conferr-icV. This decision, added Colonel Heard, £id been approved by <;. C nrrni Sir A. Godley.
