LORD MILNER'S OPINION.
' ' LONDON', June 26. Lord Milner, speaking at ihe Con stitutional Club, said that whether the present attempt to avert disaster would succeed or failed depended whethei the Government had emancipated it self at the eleventh honix from the vas salage of the Nationalist Party. Preyiou overtures had been futile because the Government Ihad entered therein' with their Ihands tied. He was prepared to v approach^ the Amending 'Bill "with a desire to tide N over the interval of greatest danger It was not right to throw away the last poor chance of saving the country from a great calamity .
