Manager of the Nation al Bank of New Zealand Ltd., has re ceived a cable from the London Board advising- that- the annuaj meeting: of the bank W;ill ,be held in London on ; 7UI July, when it is proposed *o"declare a dividend of 6 per cent «for thfe half year, a bonus to shareholders of 1 -per cent on the paid up capital of £7 50,000 equalling 13 , per cent for the year ending 31st March. The sum of .£20,000 has been added to the reserve fund, which will then> stand at ,£665,000, and ;&43»33° was carried forward. - The directors further allocated . .£15,600 in reduction of the_ Bank Pi emises, Account, and £5000-. to. .the Officers' Pension and Gratuity Funds.
