MARCONI DEAL

Issac's nominees, and the shares" were dealt with in London Defendant's counsel dewied the al legations. The judge intimated that as the procedings were inteilocutory, the statements should be regarded as> un substantiated. An order of application was Hefer red until' better affidavits are furnish cd.
