Defendants in the Marconi action cabled May, 1(^13, Jiave applied tc Chancery Division for particulars of plaintiffs, statement of claim. , Counsel for plaintiff stated that he Jiad the names .of two or three more members of the syndicate which dealt in shares and created a boom and he might discover more. * - ' Godfrey Tsaa<cs purported to purchase:: half a million American shares. They now discovered that 700,000 were dealt with, whereof 348,000 were *unaccounted for, and 180,000 placed in the names of people in America. Plaintiffs claimed 'that' these weio merely Godfrey. Issac's nominees, and the shares" were dealt with in London Defendant's counsel dewied the al legations. The judge intimated that as the procedings were inteilocutory, the statements should be regarded as> un substantiated. An order of application was Hefer red until' better affidavits are furnish cd.
