Upon overtaking any vehicle or 3, cattle, or .any foot passenger being on, or 1, proceeding along the carriageway, every n such person shall., when within a reasonJt able distance from and before passing such n vehicle or cattle, or such foot passenger, 3- by sounding a bell or whistle, or otherLe wise, give audible and sufficient warning of the approach of the bicycle. 11 27. No person shall furiously or negli--1» gantly ride any bicycle on any road or B- public place within tho County. 16 28.
