CHILD DROWNED.
GISBORNE, May 2b. A httle boy named Jack 'Mttxton, was found drowned in a creek in his grandmotheiN residence, Crawford Road, this evening. A number of, children had dammed the creek up m ii^eir r>lav and it is presumed that the little fellow wandered back to tne scene and fell into the wate*.
