Fine weather prevailed for the match between the above teaimsj which was played before a fair attendance of the public. The ground was in a bad state making good-foot-ball impossible. The visitors proved themselves superior to the local team the first spell ending with honours even but the second half was all in favour of the blues who did most of the attacking with good result.
