■ , - — - — ♦— — — *■ WEDNESDAY, JULY 23rd. The Board met yesterday there being present: The Commissioner (H. M. D. Haszard, Esq.). Messrs. Cumming, Ma«llinson, Ward and R. Houlisto.n. The Chairman welcomed Mr. Houiis'on to the Board. He had no doubt he would give them assistance as a practical man. Messrs. Mallinson and Cumming supported. Mr. Ward also endorsed the welcome.- feeling assured he -would be a valuable member. Mr. Houliston thanked members for the welcome and hoped his actions at the table would have *heir armroval.
