THEFT OF NAVAL PLANS
WASHINGTON, May 14. The Navy Department ha:s issued a statement regarding the loss of the uncompleted plans of the electric wiringof the' new battleship Pennsylvania during the celebrations when the president was inaugurated. The officials declare that, the plans arc valueless but are alarmed because similar thefts have been frequent irecdntly. ~ V
