ADDINGTON' STOCK MARKET

At the Addington Live' Stock Market there weie moderate entries of stock and a good attendance of buyers. Fat cattle were easier; also, fat lambs. A few small lots of. store heep were offered feed being now so abundant. Fat sheep sold firmly at fate rates. Fat pigs showed no change, and store and dairj^cattle were in keen demand. STORE SHEEP. The entries of store sheep were quite the smallest on record. Only three peris, aggregating 63, were offered and there were many anxious buyers. Owing: to the dearth of entries they were compelled to go home unsatisfied. Prices, compared with the previous weekj remained unchanged. In view of the paucity of supplies it was imposs ible to give the range ol values. FAT LAMBS. i- ■ ■ .■ ■ . ■ ■ ' There was an entry of 536 fat lambs mostly ot very prime quality. There was an average yarding of' store pigs on a par -with the previous week, but below. the average of- three or four weeks ago. Large stores realised 42s to 49s medium 32s to 40s and small sorts 22s to < 28s. Weaners sold well, realising. 15s to- 20s.
