TLe medical regulations just issued in connection with Mr. Lloyd George's Insurance Act piovide that local committees shall make t urangements with doctors, for the treatment of a subject appioved by the commissioners. The committee' may also fix the bmti of income above which persons who wish to participate in the benefits of the Act must make their own contracts;
