/ GISBORNE, May 17. Members of Waikohou County Council to-day spoke in strong terms of pro test regarding the limit on counties to borrow money £5,000) from 'the State Guananteed . Advances Department in a year. It was thought that -the limit indicated a tightness dn the money market. The county had £7000 worth for which loans were urgently needed.
