The Peninsular Company's dispute has centred round the R.M.iS Mool't air's crew of 326. whereof 144 are Europeans, and only ten A.B'a". The Seamen's Union demanded "that forty white- seamen should be carried. The newspapers state that one hundred of the crew declined to sign on. The officer of the Mcoltan states 1 that thetrew held a. meeting: in the saloon. They decided that the Union's instructions were unreasonable and hasity and they declined to leave the •ship. ■'•■•*
