Results : — District Handicap Trot, 15 soys, one mile — Goldseeker (7s e cs) 1, Lady Ella (4secs) 2, Royal Princess (7secs) 3. Nine starters. Won by three lengths. Time 2.58 3-5. Innovation Handicap, 20 soys, In miles — .Old Fred (12secs) 1, Dunollie (21secs) 2, Muscatel (22) 3. Nine starters. Won by about a dozen lengths. Time 4.2 4-5. Westland. Trotting Handicap, 30 soys 2 miles — Lauderhill (4secs) :1, Chips (13secs) 2, Sidus (38secs) 3. Seven starters. A good race. Time 5.14 2-5. Electric Handicap, 20 soys, one mile —Goldseeker (14secs) 1, Ringarooma 2, Rita H (4secs) 3. Six starters. Won by a few lengths. Time 2.52 1-5. Goldfields Trotting Handicap, 20 soys two miles (in harness) — Ruatapu (13secs) 1, Romany ,Rye (12secs) 2. Lauderhill (3secs) 3. Old Ginger also started. Won easily. Time 5.50. < Farewell Handicap 20 soys, li- miles — Maimot (16secs) 1, Chips (6secs) 2, Muscatel (18secs) 3. Seven starters. Won comfortably. Time 4.13 4-5.
